Product Description

Qihong factory's quality thin stainless steel spring strips are dimensionally accurate and highly precise, manufactured using high-precision rolling equipment. Thickness differences are controlled within ±0.002mm. After precision straightening to release stress, flatness is achieved to <0.05mm/m, preventing warping and wavy edges. Customers can use them for high-speed stamping and continuous production without problems, reducing scrap and increasing the number of qualified products.

We are also skilled in heat treatment, handling everything from soft (ANN) to super-hard (SH), covering Vickers hardness from 160HV to over 600HV. The hardness of the same roll of steel strip is relatively consistent; customers can tell us their desired hardness and application, and we can provide it without much hassle.

We use high-quality raw materials such as SUS301, SUS304, and SUS316, which can withstand humid environments and extreme temperatures. Salt spray testing exceeds 1000 hours. Customers can use our steel strips for parts with confidence; they are durable and resistant to damage. We meticulously oversee every step of the process, ensuring the steel strip surface has a Ra ≤ 0.05μm, free from scratches, pitting, and other minor imperfections. We can also customize any surface treatment requested by the customer, achieving the cleanliness required for high-end electronics and medical devices.
