Our Hardened Stainless Steel Spring Strip stock multiple stainless steel grades to fit different working environments. All raw materials are strictly screened with stable chemical composition and low impurities. Below are our most commonly used grades for spring strips:
301 Stainless Steel: Our best-selling spring grade. It offers strong tensile strength and great elasticity, ideal for parts with frequent deformation.
304 Stainless Steel: Balances elasticity and rust resistance. Suitable for daily humid and weak corrosive working environments.

Full Hard / Extra Hard / Ultra HardEach steel strip will go through stress relief treatment after cold rolling. This step removes internal stress, so the steel will not warp or crack during stamping. Good flatness effectively reduces defective rate on automatic production lines.
Temperature Resistance & Service Limitations
Different grades fit different temperature environments. 301 and 304 work fine from -20℃ to 250℃. 316L stays stable at low temperature. If you need high-temperature resistance up to 950℃, choose 310S. We suggest suitable materials according to your actual working conditions.
