Nominal diameter (DN) DN10~DN2000, etc. Different specifications are suitable for pipes of different diameters. For example, a DN100 flange plug can be used for pipes with an inner diameter of 108mm.
Nominal pressure (PN) PN0.6~PN16.0MPa, or American system Class 150, Class 300, etc. For example, PN1.6MPa means that the flange plug can withstand a pressure of 1.6 MPa.
Sealing Surface Types Raised Face (RF), Faceless Face (MFM), Tongue and Groove (TG), Flat Face (FF), Ring Joint (RJ), etc. RF is widely used; MFM and TG are suitable for applications with high sealing requirements; RJ is used in high-pressure scenarios.

Bolt Specifications The bolt specifications and number vary depending on the size and pressure rating of the flange plug. For example, a DN100, PN1.6MPa flat-face welding flange plug may use 8 M16 bolts.
Dimensions These include outer diameter, inner diameter, and thickness. For example, a DN100, PN1.6MPa flat-face welding flange plug may have an outer diameter of 220mm, an inner diameter of 108mm, and a thickness of 20mm.
