Excellent high-temperature resistance: This foil contains titanium, which forms stable titanium carbide, effectively preventing chromium carbide precipitation and fundamentally solving the problem of intergranular corrosion. Even in high-temperature environments of 450°C to 900°C, it maintains structural stability, significantly extending its service life. Previously, we customized foil for an aerospace company for use in engine heat shields. This results in very few inclusions and excellent uniformity in the material. The surface is smooth and free of oxidation, and we can provide various surface treatment options such as BA (bright annealed), 2B, and No.1. One sensor manufacturer required BA-finished 321 stainless steel foil, and our product's surface roughness was controlled to below 0.1μm, perfectly meeting the high-precision sealing requirements of the sensor housing.
