The soft state (annealed state) is suitable for deep drawing and complex bending of precision parts, resulting in excellent forming effects; the semi-hard to super-hard series (1/4H, 1/2H, 3/4H, EH, SH) gradually increases tensile strength and elastic limit through precise cold work hardening treatment, meeting the stringent elasticity requirements of components such as switch springs, contact parts, and anti-loosening washers, ensuring stable performance under long-term stress.

The chemical composition of the material is strictly controlled, with chromium content maintained at 18-20% and nickel content at 8-10%, forming a dense and stable chromium-rich passivation film. It exhibits good corrosion resistance in nitric acid (concentration ≤65%), various organic acids, and alkaline environments, and is not prone to rust or deterioration. The product has a high surface finish, is free of peeling and roller marks, and is easy to clean and sterilize, meeting food-grade and medical device standards, and can be safely used in environments with high hygiene requirements.
