As an important member of the austenitic stainless steel family, 301 Stainless Steel Strip Coil is manufactured using a cold rolling process and supplied in coil form.  They possess both high strength and high ductility, making them a core material for many high-end manufacturing applications. Their mechanical properties are significantly advantageous; strength increases considerably during cold working, making them suitable for applications requiring high strength and elasticity, such as springs and rail vehicle structural components. Even in a high-strength state, they maintain excellent bending, stamping, and deep drawing properties, meeting the processing needs of complex parts.

In terms of corrosion resistance, 301 stainless steel coils effectively resist corrosion in atmospheric, freshwater, and various chemical media environments, making them particularly suitable for outdoor or humid environments.  They have a high surface finish, and their rust resistance can be further enhanced after polishing or passivation treatment. In terms of composition and metallographic structure, the product strictly conforms to international standards such as ASTM A240, JIS G4305, and GB/T 3280.  Its main components are 17% chromium and 7% nickel, possessing a stable austenitic structure. It is non-magnetic in the annealed state and weakly magnetic after cold working. Products with different hardness levels can also be provided according to customer needs.
