Our 201 stainless steel foil is made of chromium-manganese-nitrogen austenitic material, with a standard thickness of 0.01-0.1mm.  Width and hardness can be customized to your requirements. As a highly cost-effective option, it strikes an excellent balance between performance and cost, suitable for applications in home appliances, kitchenware, architectural decoration, and electronic casings, especially for scenarios requiring moderate corrosion resistance and cost control.

In terms of performance, it's uncompromising: 16-18% chromium, 5.5-7.5% manganese, and other components form a dense oxide film, providing resistance to everyday humid environments and weak acids and bases, making it reliable for indoor and kitchen/bathroom applications. The austenitic structure offers excellent ductility, making it resistant to cracking during stamping, bending, and deep drawing, and suitable for processing complex structural parts. The surface can also be treated with mirror, brushed, or matte finishes, making it easy to clean and fingerprint-resistant, offering both aesthetic appeal and practicality.

Compared to 304 stainless steel, its lower nickel content reduces raw material costs by 30%-40%, resulting in significant overall cost advantages in large-scale production. Furthermore, it is 100% recyclable, complies with RoHS and REACH standards, and meets environmental protection requirements, fully aligning with current industry trends.
