2024-02-21

Common stainless steel coils have the following types:

Cold-rolled stainless steel coils: Cold-rolled stainless steel coils are made by cold-rolling hot-rolled stainless steel sheets at room temperature. It has high surface finish, good flatness and dimensional accuracy, and is suitable for making various home appliances, building materials, kitchenware, etc.

Hot-rolled stainless steel coil: Hot-rolled stainless steel coil is made by hot-rolling stainless steel blanks at high temperatures. It has a rough surface and poor flatness, and usually requires further cold rolling or other surface treatments for making containers, pipes, structural parts, etc.

Galvanized stainless steel coil: Galvanized stainless steel coil is a stainless steel coil coated with a layer of zinc on the surface of stainless steel. It has the corrosion resistance of stainless steel and the corrosion resistance of zinc layer, and is often used to make products that require corrosion resistance and weather resistance, such as outdoor buildings and water pipes.

Mirror stainless steel coil: Mirror stainless steel coil is a high-brightness surface formed after multiple polishing processes on the stainless steel surface. It has extremely high reflectivity and beautiful appearance, and is widely used in decoration, furniture, elevators and other fields that require high smoothness.

Patterned stainless steel coil: Patterned stainless steel coil is a stainless steel coil with various textures and patterns formed on the stainless steel surface through embossing or etching. It has a unique texture effect and is often used in decoration, facades, furniture and other fields.
